I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From start to finish, the experience is incredible every single time. The front office staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the office manager, Olivia, is absolutely fantastic—professional, kind, and clearly committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. But the real standout for me is my hygienist, Eman. She is truly incredible. She is gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and it makes such a difference. What really sets this office apart is how empathetic and caring the entire team is. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at ease, which is not something you usually associate with dental visits. In fact, I actually look forward to going! If you’re looking for a dental office where the staff truly cares and the experience is consistently excellent, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Chino Smiles! The office is clean, welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to Eman, the hygienist — she was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel really comfortable the entire appointment. If you have kids she is also incredible with kids. My kids love her and ask to go to the dentist. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and making sure you have the best experience possible.
